There's nothing better than being part of one's journey discovering bikes and the lifestyle that the sport offers. We find so much joy in helping others learn the local trails, teaching basic mountain biking skills, and helping to instill confidence in new riders.

I hail from: West Palm Beach, Florida
But I have roots in: Winston Salem, NC. I moved here in 2005 after 3 Cat. 5 hurricanes blew through Florida’s east coast.
I pay my rent/mortgage by: Teaching English to unruly and sometimes very sweet middle schoolers
My guilty pleasure is: Craft Beer … it’s plant based so I really don’t feel too guilty about drinking it
When I was little, I wanted to grow up and be: A Marine Biologist
Now that I’m all growed up, I really want to: Retire and travel to the best mountain biking destinations I can find
The best time I ever had on a bike was: Riding the Slim Shady trail in Sedona, AZ
The worst time I ever had on a bike was: An xc race in Virginia when it started pouring rain. What was supposed to be a 6 hour event turned into a 2 hour slip n slide and an hour bike wash to end the day.
I love being a Bell Joy Ride Ambassador because: It’s awesomely RAD to see more women on bikes and if they can conquer their fears, learn and grow as a rider then that’s just icing on the cake and who doesn’t love cake!
My mama always used to say: You are smart, strong and stubborn … stay that way!
I’ve always wanted a pet: Unicorn
Because: Everyone should experience a little magic every now and then.
Shout out to: All my RAD girlfriends who ride bikes/the Boone NC mountain bike community who continues to support women/girls on mountain bikes/my trail advocacy group in Winston Salem(FORBA) and other groups building and working on trail sustainability.
Because: These people represent some of the reasons why I keep riding!
